Terms of Service and commission process
Please read these before contacting me for a commission, it’s assumed you agree with everything below on the moment you make the payment. If you have any question about specifics ,

-PRIVATE COMMISSIONS
For private commissions (meaning that I won’t share them on social media, or page, or portfolio) there’s a 20% fee on the final price.
-The delivery is only Digital, BUT.
If you'd like a printed copy of the artwork as well, let me know,
there's an option for you to purchase the printed piece via my inprnt (a giclée printing service),
The piece won't be public, and you'll be the only person with a URL able to purchase your art piece.
-Payment Method
The payment is full upfront via PayPal, so I accept PayPal or Credit Card.
The Payment info is shared via e-mail.
-Time Frame
It depends on lvl of difficulty,
For example, an artwork with 10 characters will take more time than a portrait.
Most of the time, for a simple 1 character commission, it takes about one to one and a half month from payment.
Usually I finish it early, specially if it’s a sketch or linework – but I’ll rarely get more than 5 weeks to finish – (and I will inform you in case I need more time for any reason. )
-Process
After the commission has been accepted and paid
a SLOT (or two) will be filled.
I’ll start on an initial preview sketch, revisions to the drawing structure can only be done at this point, so please check the sketch carefully for anything that’s not to your taste, so we can discuss how to change it.
-There are limited revisions we can do on a piece (read further)
-There are 3 drafts that are included in the price ,after that it's 5-15 € per draft
After that, I will continue and finish the artwork.
I will provide you with work in progress snapshots of the artwork during this time.
-When the first draft is done.
- When the definitive linework is done
- And another one when the flat colors are done.
– This is before the shading detailing,
at this point any colors can be changed if you don’t like them. Keep in mind that no color changes can be done after the piece is complete.
-Some extra updates during the rendering process
-And last the final artwork and a link to download the full-size file of the artwork
-Revisions
There are limited rounds of revisions we can do on a piece.
(Once a design draft is presented, the client has a specified number of days to provide their feedback. Once all of their comments, ideas and questions are consolidated and I'll provide a new version, that's the end of that round of revision.)
After 1-3* rounds of revisions, the revisions will be considered extra work and there will be additional charges.
*A total of 90 minutes of revisions and not more than 3 rounds (read bellow)
-The prices for the commissions are not based on an hourly rate, but extra revisions will account the extra time spent on them in hours spent.
There are 3 types of revisions:
Based on their complexity and time it would take to finalize.
Major, Medium and Minor revisions.
Major revisions, are changes to the piece that will need more than 30 minutes to draw / paint or adjust,
Changes like: Full armor of a character , all the background, light direction, light scenario , time of the day, etc.
Minor revisions, are changes that'll need less than 10 minutes , things like a different eye direction ,a different shirt color, etc.
Medium revisions are changes between 10 and 30 minutes
An additional revision is charged based on it's majority / complexity.
-Delivery
Digital only! I’ll send a high-resolution JPEG or PNG copy of the file through e-mail or Drive link.
I can also send you a copy of the PSD file, ask if you are interested.

-Ownership
-Using the artwork created on Ai or as an NFT is prohibited.
-By commissioning me you acknowledge that, as the artist, I retain full rights over the created image to alter it and/or post when and wherever I want, without need of prior notice or authorization.
-I won’t own your original characters but the illustration itself (just to make it clear)
-Commissions are for personal use.
-You’re purchasing the full non-commercial rights to this creation.
-Commercial use work
For Commercial use work
(meaning the art you are commissioning is intended to be sold for profit of any kind)
The charges differ, contact me.

-Cancellation/Refunds
I reserve the right to cancel/terminate a commission at any time I see fit, or refuse working for any person at any time.
The motives for cancellation include (but are not limited to) poor communication, inability to cooperate and inappropriate behavior.
After the payment has been made, a full refund will only be given for a good reason, a case in which the commission cannot be completed due to my fault or miscalculation, for example. Other than that, If a refund needs to happen, I will return an approximation relative to the work done for the client. (I will have to account for time spent on the commission)
There are no refunds after the work has been completed.
Freelance (prepaid hourly)
There are no refunds for the remaining time if your project has completed.
But you can use the remaining time for your other projects or refining.
There are no refunds for the remaining time if your project failed or didn't get made for any reasons.
-Communication
Please reply to any message within a 24-hour period! I’ll consider you gave up the commission if you leave a message unanswered for more than 48 hours without prior notice – likewise, in the interest of time, I’ll have to finish and send you the commission without your feedback.
-Other
